Evidence before confidence
We prioritize primary sources: interviews we conduct, production records, original documentation and authoritative archives. We link the material that supports reported claims and distinguish established facts from our interpretations.
Clear article labels
Illustrative guides use hypothetical examples. Source-grounded explainers identify their sources. Original reporting will name its reporting context. Hands-on reviews will state what was tested and how. We never present an invented interview or quotation as real.
AI-assisted work
AI may help organize sources, create drafts and maintain the website. A human editor must review publication-ready material, verify factual statements against evidence and check rights. AI output is not a source. The launch sample articles were prepared with AI assistance and are labeled for their evidentiary basis.
Commercial independence
Affiliate links, sponsored content, supplied equipment and other material relationships must be disclosed where they affect a story. Payment must not determine a review’s verdict. Current sample articles include no affiliate links.
Corrections and attribution
Substantive corrections should be dated and described on the article. We credit sources and obtain required permissions for images, clips and excerpts. A functioning correction channel must be established before the public editorial launch.
Pre-publication gate
Verify sources and quotations, distinguish examples from reporting, review safety and legal-sensitive claims, confirm rights, add disclosures, check accessibility and assign an accountable editor. Automated publishing should stop for unresolved factual or rights questions.
